29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures: On or about 3/13/2019, at the kitchen of Discovery Village of Boynton Beach, 4733 NW 7th Court, Boynton Beach, FL, 33426, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard while working in the proximity of an electrical junction box installed on floor level which had a loose coverplate.
