29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) 2603 Newnan Road, Griffin, GA., vehicle mounted elevating and rotating bucket truck- On or about March 7, 2019, the employer exposed an employee to a fall hazard in that a harness with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by the employee working from the lift while performing television cable wiring tasks.
