29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: On or about March 2, 2019, an employee was exposed to caught-by hazards when they used an abrasive wheel, Delta bench grinder (Model GR275 S/N 2007 37-XL), and the work rest for the wheel was positioned 5/16-inch away from the wheel.
