29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): Employee training did not include the measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards, including specific procedures the employer had implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used: Repair Area Outside Building: On or about March 7, 2019, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to chemical hazards while handling products such as, but not limited to, PPG Industries Hardener DCH2015, Deltron 2000 Basecoat DBC-1, Medium Complaint Thinner D8774, and Reducer DT860 without being informed by the employer of the associated hazards of these chemicals, symptoms of exposure, and precautionary measures.
