29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Space about electric equipment. Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. On or about March 1, 2019 several breaker boxes and other electrical panels, including but not limited to boxes along the east wall and the west wall, were blocked by debris, stacks of wood, etc. limiting immediate access.
