29 CFR 1910.107(l)(4)(i): Operation and maintenance. All areas shall be kept free of the accumulation of powder coating dusts, particularly such horizontal surfaces as ledges, beams, pipes, hoods, booths, and floors. Optima Stantron Corp. Div of Elma Electronic Inc., Lawrenceville, GA - On or about 02/14/2019, the areas where the painting was performed, had explosive dust in the paint area, floors, inside the powder coating booth, on top of booth and on masonry walls, exposing employees to fire hazards.
