29 CFR 1910.23(c)(10): The top of a non-self-supporting ladder is placed so that both side rails are supported, unless the ladder is equipped with a single support attachment: a. On or about February 14, 2019, employees were using one side of an 20-foot extension ladder that was not supported by the ladder rails to gain access to the magnet area to clean out materials and were being exposed to fall hazards.
