29 CFR 1926.417(a): Controls. Controls that are to be deactivated during the course of work on energized or deenergized equipment or circuits shall be tagged. On January 21, 2019, at 4620 Wesley Ave, Cincinnati, on the 2nd floor of an office building, the electrical circuits controlling the florescent lighting fixtures being removed and replaced with LED lighting fixtures on the floor were not deactivated and not tagged to show that circuits were deenergized.
