29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iii)(B): The training program of the employer did not include all the training elements listed under Items A-C of 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iii)(B): On or about January 22, 2019 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not train the "Authorized" employees on all of the required elements of the energy control program. Employees performed maintenance activities on equipment with multiple sources of hazardous energy or stored energy such as but not limited to, electrical, pneumatic, and thermal; without being fully trained, exposing the employees to caught in, struck by, amputation and electrical shock hazards.
