29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i): Working space for equipment likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized shall comply with the following dimensions, except as required or permitted elsewhere in this subpart: (a) On February 6, 2019, the distance between the front panel cover on the 480-volt electrical panel on the wall behind the Krauss Mafei Horizontal Injection Molding Machine in PVC Encapsulation, and the operators metal platform in front of it, did not comply with Table S-1, in that the distance between the front panel cover and Krauss Mafei Horizontal Injection Molding Machine operators platform, was only 29 inches. Fuyao Glass America Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1151844, citation number 1, item number 6a and was affirmed as a final order on May 10, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2801 W. Stroop Rd., Moraine, OH 45439.
