29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: a) Garick, LLC, Cumming, GA - In the bulk mill, an employee assisting in the changing of a belt and exposed to amputation hazards, did not receive lockout/tagout training as required by the standard, on or about 1/30/19. b) Garick, LLC, Cumming, GA - In the bagging area, employees servicing equipment such as greasing parts, were exposed to electrical hazards. Lockout/tagout training as required by the standard was not provided, on or about 1/30/19.
