29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) Coca Cola Bottling Company High Country: On or about January 30, 2019 and at times prior employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while plugging in battery powered pallet jacks to a quick connect plug on the Yuasa Exide Workhog Pallet Jack Charging Station, Serial Number VJ50749, that contained an exposed electrical conductor.
