29 CFR 1910.23(c)(10): The top of a non-self-supporting ladder was not placed so that both side rails are supported, unless the ladder is equipped with a single support attachment: a) Building Interior-Mechanics Garage: On 12/26/2018 an employee sustained head, shoulder and hip injuries when he fell 14 feet to the ground from an extension ladders whose side rails were not supported against a structure.
