29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(C): Employees whose work operations are in an area where energy control procedures are utilized, should be instructed about the procedure: On or about December 27, 2018, the employer did not train affected temporary employees on how to recognize when energy control procedures are being used, understand the purpose of the procedure, and understand the critical importance of not attempting to start up or use equipment that has been locked out or tagged out.
