29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: On or about 12/19/2018, at the planer mill equipment located at 5863 Washington Road, Appling, GA: Where employees perform servicing and maintenance activities on equipment including, but not limited to, banding equipment line. The employer failed to provide adequate training on the specific energy control procedures for isolating and verifying the energy sources on the equipment.
