Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 003 Hazard:
29 CFR 1926.950(c)(2)(i): The contract employer shall ensure that each of its employees is instructed in the hazardous conditions relevant to the employee's work that the contract employer is aware of as a result of information communicated to the contract employer by the host employer under paragraph (c)(1) of this section. On or about December 5, 2018, at the County Road EE, in Almond, Wisconsin; the employer did not collect the characteristics of the installations that were related to the safety of work to be performed, the conditions that are related to the safety of the work to be performed, the information about the design and operation to make the assessments, and any other information about the design and operation of the host employer's installation that is known by the host employer and is related to the protection of the employees exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
