29 CFR 1915.14(a)(1)(ii): Hot work was performed within, on, or immediately adjacent to fuel tanks that contain or have contained fuel before those spaces were tested and certified by a Marine Chemist or a U.S. Coast Guard authorized person as "Safe for Hot Work"�. (a) Port of Toledo - F/V Pegasus - On or about November 14th, 2018 and at times prior thereto, JAG Industrial and Marine Services exposed its employees to fire and explosion that would likely result in 3rd degree burns while performing hot work on the fuel tanks of the fishing vessel Pegasus.
