29 CFR 1910.266(i)(3)(ii): Safe use, operation and maintenance of tools, machines and vehicles the employee uses or operates, including emphasis on understanding and following the manufacturer's operating and maintenance instructions, warnings and precautions; a) At the logging site - On or about November 28, 2018 employees were exposed to struck-by hazards. The Skidder operator had not been trained properly to operate the 748L-II Skidder.
