Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employees a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that, employees were exposed to struck by and/or crushed-by hazards: A.) Champion Modular, Inc., Framing department area, on or about January 10th, 2019 and times prior thereto: The pendant control associated with the Budgit brand 2-ton chain hoist (Model # 115848-7; Serial # 238334) being used to move building frames of unknown weights was missing a function label. The bottom control button of the pendant was not labeled to indicate the direction of movement it would control.
