29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. a) At the jobsite, at the rear of the building, on or about 11/15/18: Employees worked from a ladder jack scaffold where workers were exposed to a fall of 12 feet to ground at one end of the scaffold.
