29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about 11/8/2018, in the injection mold equipment production area at 545 Old Elbert Road, Royston, GA: Where employees performed service and or maintenance such as but not limited to cleaning, clearing, removing plastic material and performing servicing and or maintenance on the injection mold equipment and machines. The employer failed to conduct periodic inspection of their written energy control procedures at least annually to protect the authorized employees from a caught-in and amputation hazards. 1. Injection Blow Molding machines and conveyor lines 2. Injection Molding machines 3. Other equipment in the injection molding production area.
