29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by rotating parts: On or about 10/27/2018, at the kitchen area of, Bokamper's Sport Bar & Grill, 3115 NE 32nd Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308, an employee was caught by the rotating blade of a food processor (i.e. Robo Coupe, Model RN2, Serial #2476087803G-10) while being operated with a bar interlocking switch system that was broken.
