29 CFR 1910.178(m)(5)(iii): Powered industrial truck(s), with the operator dismounted and within 25 feet of the truck still in his view, did not have the load engaging means fully lowered and the brakes were not set: a) Ford Stamping Plant, Waste Management Building - On or about October 24, 2018, the load engaging means were not fully lowered and the brakes were not set when the Hyster sit down forklift truck (serial numberN005V02443E) was dismounted and the operator was within twenty five (25) feet of the truck, thereby exposing employees to struck-by and crushing hazards.
