29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): All sprocket wheels and chains less than seven (7) feet above the floor or platform were not enclosed: a) Sun Mountain, Inc. at 140 Commerce Road, Berthoud, Colorado: On and before October 16, 2018, the employer did not ensure that all sprocket wheels and chains less than seven (7) feet above the floor or platform were enclosed. The sprocket wheels and chains for the infeed conveyor for the Raimann Weinig Gruppe ProfiRip KR 310 M ripsaw were not enclosed. These conditions exposed employees to amputation and crushing hazards.
