29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related accident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: a) Washington Convention Center, 801 Mount Vernon Ave., NW - On or about October 3, 2018 at 3:45 p.m., the employer contacted the Baltimore/Washington Area office of OSHA to report the hospitalization of an employee that occurred on or about October 2, 2018 at 1:50 p.m. No abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
