29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat of Helena, North Wall Relocatable Power Tap: On or about October 10, 2018 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire related hazards while using a relocatable power tap permanently affixed to the wall as permanent wiring to energize items such as, but not limited to: handheld tool chargers and computers.
