29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolate. (a) Molding department - On September 24, 2018 the employer allowed its employees to be exposed to hazardous energy when performing service and maintenance of molding machines such as but not limited A-10 and the employer had not trained the authorized employee on the hazardous energies on this machine.
