29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s) a) On or about 9/26/2018 in the Foil Room, an employee was trying to re-web foil paper between the rollers by reaching through an opening and jogging the machine at the same time. While employee was jogging the machine with the left hand, the fingers on his right hand got caught in between the rollers and employee sustained partial amputations to his 2nd and 3rd finger on right hand.
