29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): The employer did not provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new chemical hazard that the employees had not previously been trained about was introduced into their work area. Information and training was not designed to cover all applicable categories of hazards (e.g., flammability, carcinogenicity) or specific chemicals: Employee(s) engaged in new commercial building construction at 15301 Green Road, Olathe, Kansas were exposed to skin irritation / carcinogen hazards in that employee(s) had not received training on hazardous chemicals being used at the jobsite such as gasoline, conflex acrylic texture coating, and etc
