29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(15): Ladders shall be inspected by a competent person for visible defects on a periodic basis and after any occurrence that could affect their safe use: a. 280 Pleasant St. Southside of building - On or about August 28, 2018, the Werner fiberglass ladder utilized by employees for accessing the roof was not inspected by a competent person for defects or damages, where the ladder was damaged and not tagged "Do Not Use" or removed from service.
