29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a) 651 Montgomery St. Jersey City, NJ Employees who working on the 2nd working level of a tubular welded framed scaffold approximately 12 feet to the ground below were not protected by a guardrail system or any other means of fall protection. Violation occurred on or about on 08/24/2018. The E & N Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1232662, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/01/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 120 Speedwell Ave., Morristown, NJ. The E & N Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1058386, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/02/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 225 - 535 Glenwood Ave., Bloomfield NJ 07003.
