29 CFR 1910.125(e)(3)(iii) : A heating system that was used for a drying operation and could cause an ignition was not capable of shutting down automatically if any ventilating fan failed to maintain adequate ventilation: Location: Topcoat line#2, Printer #2 On or about August 8, 2018, employees were exposed to burn and explosion hazards when the drying oven on the printer was not capable of shutting after the ventilation of the unit failed and created an explosive atmosphere.
