29 CFR 1910.36(e)(2): The door that connects any room to an exit route did not swing out in the direction of exit travel when the room is designed to be occupied by more than 50 people or if the room is a high hazard area: a) Location - Upper level Staging / Shipping area: On 07/27/18, the door connecting the exit route through the lunch room in the egress from the staging / shipping area did not swing out in the direction of exit travel. b) Location - Upper level lunch room On 07/27/18, two sets of exit doors connecting the exit route through the lunch room from a high hazard area to the main entry way did not swing out in the direction of exit travel. c) Location - Main entryway and exit to street On 07/27/18 the main exit door to the exit from a high hazard area did not swing out in the direction of exit travel.
