29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: a) Warehouse - On or about August 21, 2018, and at times prior, employees have an obstructed view when moving double stacked pallets that blocked the field of view while driving forward. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards.
