29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6): a) On or about, July 26, 2018, employees were not protected against accidental contact with energized overhead power lines while performing masonry work from a tubular welded frame scaffold platform. The overhead power lines consisted of primary lines having a voltage rating of 7200 V. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
