29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: (a) On or about July 27, 2018, and at times prior, the employer did not provide employees exposed to hazardous energy while servicing grinding, painting, and striping vehicles with appropriate training on procedures to identify and control hazardous energy.
