29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary. On or about July 27, 2018, on the north side of a newly built residential dwelling were employees were exposed to a fall hazard exceeding 10 feet when installing Tyvek siding from pump jack scaffolding without the poles secured to the structure at the top, bottom and other points as necessary.
