29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects. On or about 2 July 2018, and at times prior thereto, an employee was performing tree cutting activities without the use of head protection, exposing the employee to the hazard of being struck by falling limbs, branches, or tools.
