29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: On or about June 27, 2018 and at times prior to, through the facility: (a) Racking area- The exit route leading to the emergency exit door in the work area was obstructed by a pallet and other raw material. In addition, the door lead to an outside cage that was locked. (b) Production area- The exit route leading to the emergency exit door in the work area was obstructed by a raw material and machinery.
