29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard were being followed. a. Viking Paper Corporation located in Toledo, OH: On or about June 26, 2018, the employer did not ensure all energy control procedures were inspected annually. The employer only reviewed the energy control procedures for a single piece of equipment in 2018 for the Fosber S/F.
