29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step. A) 22 Central Ave Metuchen, NJ 08840 Exterior- Employees were exposed to fall/ladder collapse hazards of approximately 8 feet as they were using the top steps of a step that was used as a standing platform for access. Observed on or about 06/22/18 City Builders LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1263008 citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/31/2017, with respect to a workplace located at McElroy Street Fort Lee, NJ 07024.
