29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, was not protected by protective helmets. On or about June 19, 2018, and at times prior thereto, the employer was using all-terrain vehicles to transport employees off-road to the work location without ensuring that employees were wearing helmets while operating or riding in the vehicle.
