29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about 5/23/2018, in the production area at 690 Unisa Drive, Monroe, GA: The employer did not perform annual periodic inspection on the equipment that the employees were required to perform service and or maintenance such as but not limited to clearing, unjamming, replacing gears and logo tubes, troubleshooting, and ink change over on the bag manufacturing machines as part of their job. The employer did not provide any record of the last documented periodic inspection of their energy control procedure.
