29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a. On or about 5/15/2018 in the warehouse, workers were exposed to smoke inhalation and burn hazards where exit routes into the office spaces and from the office spaces through the warehouse were observed blocked at aisle 1. b. On or about 5/17/2018 at the emergency exit aisle that was blocked by stacked row of palletized materials, workers were exposed to smoke inhalation and burn hazards where exit route was blocked.
