29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: (a) On or about August 15, 2018 and at times prior thereto the employer did not provide medical evaluations for employees in the paint area who are required to wear respirators, exposing employees to respiratory hazards; (b) On or about August 15, 2018 and at times prior thereto the employer did not provide medical evaluations for welders who voluntarily wear a half-faced respirator, exposing employees to respiratory hazards;
