29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by ingoing nip points, rotating parts, and /or flying chips or sparks: A) Shipping area, bay 15, on or about April 24, 2018, the conveyor belt going over the discharge pulley on the drive-out mobile belt conveyor was not guarded, exposing employees to an in-going nip point hazard. B) Shipping area, bay 25, on or about May 8, 2018, the conveyor belt going over the discharge pulley on the drive-out mobile belt conveyor was not guarded, exposing employees to an in-going nip point hazard.
