29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: The employer does not ensure fire extinguishers are free from obstruction and readily accessible: a) This violation was observed on or about April 17, 2018 in building 8022, a fire extinguisher was blocked by trash and waste metals. b) This violation was observed on or about April 17, 2018 in building 6025, a fire extinguisher was blocked by equipment used at the facility.
