29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: A) Continental Structural Plastics, Inc., located at 2915 County Highway 96, Carey, OH 43316: On or about April 24, 2018, the employer did not ensure that the shelving units, exposed to powered industrial vehicles traffic in the die storage area, were free of any damage. Multiple legs of the shelving unit, located in the die storage area, were damaged. Employees, working in the area, were exposed to struck-by hazards from equipment stored on the shelves and the shelving itself.
