29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) The employer is failing to maintain a program for frequent and regular job site inspections. This condition was most recently observed at the site located at: Jaxson Estates, Tennis Court, Lot 284, Wentzville, MO 63390, on or about 4/23/2018. The employer failed to recognize the need for a competent person to inspect their employees at the job sites and ensure the workers were performing their duties safely.
