29 CFR 1910.213(a)(9): All belts, pulleys, gears, shafts, and moving parts were not guarded in accordance with the specific requirements of 1910.219: a) On or about 4/25/2018, Conveyor PHL107B for the rough line had an unguarded rotating shaft end sticking out and an exposed ingoing chain and sprocket nip point. b) On or about 4/25/2018, Pre Planer OSI539 had exposed ingoing nip points on the feed rollers. c) On or about 4/25/2018, Unscrambler metal guard only came up 30" on platform side and did not protect rotating part nip points. -
